What happens if I have purchased my cards and I get disconnected from the game?
• As soon as your cards are purchased, you are in the game regardless of your connection status.
• The game outcome is generated at our servers, and if one of the cards you have purchased is a winner, then you will win. If you get disconnected for any reason, and you have purchased cards, then check your transactions in the members area to see if you won.
Why can I not connect to the chat server?
• Our chat servers may be down from time to time, but this is not frequent. Often, if your computer sits behind a firewall, the firewall will not allow our chatservers to send messages to your computer.
Can I keep my card numbers from game to game?
• Unfortunately not. In keeping things fair, all cards are randomly generated at the time you request them.
• If you do not like the numbers of your issued cards, you can simply click the GET NEW CARDS button to get issued with a new batch.
How do I cash out and get paid?
• You can request a payout at any time from the banking section of the members area. Your payout request will be processed after 48 hours. You can also cancel a payout request at any time within 48 hours.

The next game to be played will be displayed detailing the pattern type, card value and time until the game starts. Take note of the pattern and card value, and click if you want to play the game.
Select & Buy Cards
You will be issued 24 randomly generated bingo cards. These are displayed on the screen in batches of six cards at a time. To scroll between all of the 24 cards, use the left and right arrow buttons at the top left of the card display area. The current batch will be displayed in the navigation panel as for example "cards 6-12". To select or deselect a card, simply click anywhere on the card. The navigation panel on the right of the screen will display the number of cards you have selected.
If you do not like the cards that have been issued to you, you can click the "Get New Cards" button at the top of the card display area. This will issue you with new randomly generated unselected cards. You can also have the game automatically select cards for you, to save you clicking and scrolling individual cards. You can auto select 6,12,18,24 or the maximum number of cards allowed. After you are satisfied with your selected cards, click on the "Buy Selected Cards" button on the navigation panel. This will purchase your selected cards. Please note that purchases are not refundable. Each purchased card will display a card number at the bottom of the card. The navigation panel will display the number of purchased cards you have for the upcoming game.
The top of the screen will display the number of players, jackpot and time until the game begins.
Click the "?" button at any time to display this help window.

Play Bingo
The screen will warn you that the game is about to begin. The game screen will display your purchased cards in batches of 6 (assuming you purchased more than 6 cards). You can scroll between cards by clicking the left and right arrow buttons located at the top of the card area. The current batch of cards is also displayed as, for example "cards 1-6 of 9".
The top of the screen displays the number of people playing and current jackpot of the game.
You can toggle the "Show from 3tg" (three numbers to go before your card has bingo) by clicking the button at the top of the card display area. When selected, all cards with 3, 2 or 1 number to go will be indicated.
You can toggle the autodauber by clicking the "Autodauber" button at the top of the card display area. When autodauber is on, the game automatically marks or "daubs" your card when your numbers are called out. When autodauber is off, your card numbers are not automatically daubed, and you can mark them yourself by clicking the number on the card. Called numbers are daubed in pink if they form part of the required BINGO pattern for the current game.
Please note that whether or not you daub the numbers, and how you daub them has no effect on the game outcome. IF YOU HAVE A WINNING BINGO CARD YOU WILL ALWAYS WIN!
The top of the screen will display the number of players, jackpot and time until the game begins.

When the game starts, there is a slight pause before the balls are called out.
The balls are drawn in a random order and are displayed at the top right of the screen, accompanied by a voice calling the numbers out.
Remember, you can switch the sound off and on by clicking the "sound" icon/button.
Each called ball is displayed on the bingo board, and the last 5 calls are displayed to the right.
At the end of the game, BINGO! will be called and the winner(s) aliases are displayed. Your winnings will automatically be added to account when you win.
The game will then either automatically go back to the next game screen after a short time, or after you click "OK".
Chatting
Bingo Time is renowned for its fun chat rooms. In the rooms you can talk to other players, ask questions with our chat moderators, play games to earn loyalty points and ultimately meet and make new friends.
The chat window is available from the game selection screen. Click on the "Chat" button at the lower right of the screen to connect to the Bingo Time chat rooms.
Occasionally some of our players have problems connecting to the chat rooms because their computers are set-up behind firewalls. If you have any trouble connecting please contact us.
The chat system is composed of 3 main areas:
• The rooms and message display area;
• The control panel and text input area; and
• The other chatter's alias area.
The top of the message display window displays the current room you are chatting in. This defaults to the Main Room when you connect initially. Roll over the down arrow at the right of the room you are chatting in and you will see a list of other rooms that are open for chatting. You will also see the number of people talking in each room and you can select the room you want to chat in.
The message window displays the text conversations from the people in your chat room. The alias' of the other people who are also chatting is displayed at the bottom left of the screen. You can mute/un-mute (stop / start) the chatter by clicking on an individual's alias in that window.
To send a chat message, enter the text in the orange "send" box and press "Enter" or click the "send" arrow button. You can also send quick abbreviated messages by clicking on the green abbreviation buttons. Rolling over these buttons will display their meaning in the chat community.
"REFRESH" will refresh the rooms and players in the chat system. "CLEAR" will clear the message window. "QUIT" exits the chat system.
Bingo Time does not tolerate rude or offensive chat and players who violate this rule will be removed from the site.
Instant Games
Bingo Time has recently introduced a few very exciting instant games to play:
• Table Games (Blackjack, Roulette etc.)
• Video Poker
• Slots
• Instant Win.
These games can be played while you are playing bingo (or in between bingo games). They operate independently of the Bingo software and therefore you can play the instant games SIMULTANEOUSLY with your Bingo game (if you want). The Instant Games are just as safe and fun as Bingo.
You may play the Instant Games at any time from the bingo game just by clicking on the game you want to play. A separate game window will pop-up and you can follow the instructions for that game by selecting the associated "help" icon within the window.
The games form part of your Bingo Account and any wagers made will be immediately deducted from your account balance. Your wins likewise will be immediately added to your Bingo Account balance.
You may only use real funds to play these games. Bingo Bonus funds (promotional or free money) are not available for the Instant Games. If you place a wager on an Instant Game and you have insufficient real funds cover your wager your wager will be voided.
Please remember that you have the option to play the Instant Games for FUN or for REAL MONEY.

• The Chat moderators will remove anyone from chat who does not respect other roomies. Keep your personal information to yourself. Players who post their email addresses, telephone numbers, bank information or address with players in the room will be banned from chat without discussion. This is for your own security. Don't feed the trolls. It starts with a rude comment and then suddenly it spirals into an argument. Ignore them and they go away.
• If you are not in agreement with someone, just agree to disagree and move on otherwise it just ends nasty and destroys the friendly atmosphere.
• Think before you leap. Sometimes we say things we don't mean or it comes out wrong. Just think about how your comments will be received. Will it sound rude? Will the other roomies be offended? It always pays to be nice.
• Please refrain from using profanity or expressions of obscenity, sexism, racism, and other types of prejudice. You will be banned without any discussion or warning.
• You wouldn't like to go to a party where someone is screaming at the top of their voice, would you? On the Internet, using all capital letters is equivalent to screaming at the top of your lungs to the person standing next to you. Some people take offence and moderators may warn you to revert to small caps.
• Don't "spam" the rooms with multiple postings or commercial solicitations or for other sites. This will result in an immediate ban. You are responsible for your discussions, the information you provide to other players, and will not hold the management responsible for problems arising from your correspondences and dealings in the rooms. Chat moderators are authorised to ask players with offensive, rude or unsuitable usernames that are suggestive or simply unacceptable to change their names. You will be directed to the live Help Room for assistance. You need to give the support agent, the moderators name and your new username. Please do not air out your complains or throw out accusations about the management in the chat rooms. The moderator will warn you and if you continue spamming the room with similar comments you will be banned.

Chat Games:
75 Ball - Horse Race
Pick a B number (1-15); if your row across is filled first and you are the first to call, you win 1,000 lps. Example: B2- I17 - N32 - G47 - O62 or B8 - I23- N38 - G53 - O68. More than one player can have the same number but everyone with that number must call "horse race".
75 Ball - Hot Potat"o"
Bingo on B, I, N or G and win 1,000 lps. If you bingo on "O" you win 1,000 lps for every time an O is called in the first 5 calls of next game.
75 Ball - "in" to Win
Give the CM a number under the I and a number under the N. When both numbers have been called, type in "in to win" and, if you are the first, you win 1,000 lps.
75 Ball - Leap Frog
When you bingo, the last digit of the last number called determines how many spaces the lps leap. For example: bingo on # 35 and the 5th person above you wins 1,000 lps. If the last digit is zero then the first digit is used.
75 Ball - Lower Buddy
When you bingo, the player listed below you in chat wins 1,000 lps.
75 Ball - Lucky Number
Give the CM a number from 1-75. When your number is called type in lucky # and, if you're the first to call, you win 1,000 lps.
75 Ball - Poker
When you bingo, the first 5 letters called in the next game are your poker hand and determine the amount of lps you win:
• 1 pair is 1,000 lps.
• 2 pair is 2,000 lps.
• 3 of a kind is 3,000 lps.
• 4 of a kind is 4,000 lps.
• Full house is 4,000 lps.
• Straight is 5,000 lps.
75 Ball - Tag
When you bingo, tag a player in the room and they will receive 1,000 lps.
75 Ball - Treasure Chest
The CM has a treasure chest containing pearls, rubies or diamonds. Give the CM a number from 1-75 and you will receive what is contained in that treasure chest.
• Pearls - 1,000 lps
• Rubies - 2,000 lps
• Diamonds - 3,000 lps
75 Ball - Upper Buddy
When you bingo, the player listed above you in chat wins 1,000 lps.
90 Ball - Bingo Trivia
Win the full house, answer the trivia question and you and a player you choose win 1,000 lps each. Winner will be asked question in private chat.
90 Ball - Find a Friend
When you win the full house, pick another player in the room and they will get 1,000 lps.
90 Ball - Half Dozen
Win full house on a multiple of 6 (6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48, 54, 60, 66, 72, 78, 84 and 90) and win 1,000 lps.
90 Ball - Higher or Lower
The full house winner chooses whether the first number of the next game is higher or lower than the number they won on. If they guess correctly, upper and lower buddies get 1,000 lps each.
90 Ball - Kick Ball
Win on an even # and kick 1,000 lps up to upper buddy, win on odd # and kick 1000 lps down to lower buddy.
90 Ball - Nothing to Lose
Win the full house on a number ending in 0 and you and your upper and lower buddies win 1000 lps each.
90 Ball - Pot of Gold
When you bingo you are awarded the pot of gold and win 1,000 lps. When another roomie gets bingo, the pot of gold is passed to them and they win 1,000 lps. The player holding the pot of gold at the top of the hour wins 5,000 lps.
90 Ball - Seven Up
The player 7 up from the winner of a full house wins 1,000 lps.
90 Ball - Take 5
Give the CM number from 0-9. When 5 numbers are called ending in the number you choose, type in "take 5". The first 2 players to call win 1,000 lps each.
90 Ball - Three's for Me
Win full house on a number with a 3 in it, you win 1,000 lps and buddies 3 up and 3 down win 1,000 lps.
• Please note you must be a funded player playing a minimum of 1 card to win lps on chat games
• In 90 Ball Bingo, each game has 3 Parts - 1 Line / 2 Lines / Full House
• All 3 parts are still considered as one game
